Qualifications and experience
Dr. Sergey Saadi, family and preventive medicine physician. Graduated from Volgograd State Medical University in 2009. Completed an internship in internal medicine in 2010 and a residency in family medicine at the University of Tartu in 2014. Specializes in weight loss, prevention and treatment of insulin resistance, prediabetes, other metabolic disorders. Member of the Low-carb medical community. He is passionate about healthy lifestyle, biohacking, and promotes the concept of rejuvenation “from the inside out.” Author of the book “The Dangerous Secrets of Blood Sugar”, published in 2024.
