Biography

Dr. Sergey Saadi is a family and preventive medicine physician. He graduated from Volgograd State Medical University in 2009, completed an internship in internal medicine in 2010 and completed a residency in family medicine at the University of Tartu in 2014.

Dr. Saadi specializes in weight loss, prevention and treatment of insulin resistance, prediabetes and other metabolic disorders. He is a member of the Low-Carb medical community, is passionate about healthy lifestyle and biohacking, and promotes the concept of rejuvenation from the inside out. In 2024, he published the book "The Dangerous Secrets of Blood Sugar".
