Epp Kärsin

Epp Kärsin is one of Estonia's best-known conscious sexuality experience trainers, lecturers and entrepreneurs. She is the founder of Amare Luna OÜ and the author of trainings for women, men, couples and organizations.

Over the past 11 years, Epp has delivered thousands of lectures, trainings and workshops attended by more than 60,000 people. In her trainings she combines science-based knowledge of sexuality, relationships, body awareness and emotional intimacy with practical experience, helping people create deeper contact with themselves and their partner and improve quality of life.

Epp's mission is to help people free themselves from shame, limiting beliefs and fears so they can experience more closeness, pleasure, honesty and love both within themselves and in their relationships. She believes that self-awareness is one of the most important foundations of a happy and fulfilling life.
